What are commands for in ARK?

Admin commands or "cheat commands" are used both in a single player game and on a private server. These commands allow you to influence the game as you need. With the help of cheat commands, you can instantly gain experience, level up your character, increase your weight to infinity and much more.

How to use commands in the game?

Initially, to use any console commands, the player (admin) must have administrator rights on the server, for this you need to keep a password in the admin panel. In previous versions of the game, the administrator panel was present at the top of the Start menu, but due to an update, now to activate the administrator panel, you need to enter a combination in the Start menu at the same time.

1) Open the Start menu.

2) If you are playing from a PC, press the Tab key.

3) If you're playing on PS4, press L1 + R1 + Square + Triangle or open the panel from the menu.

4) If you are playing on Xbox One, press LB + RB + X + Y.

5) Type enablecheats at the command prompt.

TIP

If the server has a password, enter "enablecheats *your password*"

EnableCheats <Password> - Server administrator password (Enables administrator commands entered without quotes);

Cheat Addexperience 1000 1 1 - Will give you 1000 experience. Can be changed to the value you need * (If you enter the command while sitting on Dino, he will receive the same);

Cheat Fly - Your character will fly;

Cheat Walk - You stop flying;

Cheat Ghost - You fly and pass through textures;

Cheat God - You cannot die;

Cheat LeaveMeAlone - The same God mode but without experience (will not give you the maximum level);

Cheat Slomo 5 - Change the speed of movement, the standard is 0 (everything that can move) (may work with errors);

BanPlayer <SteamName> - Ban the player on the server (Enter without quotes);

UnBanPlayer <SteamName> - Unban the player on the server (enter without quotes);

Cheat destroyall <classname> - Destroys objects / creatures by class name;

Cheat DestroyWildDinos - Kills all Wild Creatures;

Cheat DestroyMyTarget - Destroy the Creature or structure you are looking at;

Cheat giveitemnum <ID> <QTY> <Quality> <True/False> - Gives you any item. (You need to specify the ID of the items);

Cheat givetome - Transfer a tamed Creature to me (the dino you are looking at will become yours);

Cheat giveallstructure - Transfer of buildings to me (all interconnected structures you are looking at will be transferred to you);

Cheat TakeAllDino - Transfer all the Dinosaurs belonging to this tribe (takes all the creatures from the tribe you need);

Cheat TakeAllStructure - Take all the buildings belonging to this tribe (takes all the buildings from the tribe you need);

Stat fps - Shows your FPS and Ping;
