You need to wait for the files to download, and then reinstall the server or change the location via ticket

Restoring files from external backup copies

After server reinstallation or other actions, you may need to restore your server from a saved backup.

First, we delete all server files

Next, you will need to connect using SFTP

CAUTION

Please note that your SFTP login details will be changed after the server is reinstalled

Using SFTP, move the archive file to the main directory and click "Unzip"

You can keep or delete the backup file on the server as you wish.

Next, reboot the server and that's it! Your server has been restored from an external backup!
