How to Add an Administrator to a Core Keeper Server

Having an administration on a Core Keeper server is indispensable, as it allows for immediate action if new players are destroying your mechanisms, farm, and resource chests—to either kick them out or block them. Additionally, having an administrator enables convenient management of the server and gameplay process.

How to Add an Administrator to Your Server

1) First, go to the game panel and shut down the server in the Console section.

2) Then, go to the File Manager, open the .config folder, and follow this path: .config/unity3d/Pugstorm/Core Keeper/DedicatedServer/

3) If you have already run the server, open the Admins.json file, if it does not exist - create it and open it for editing.

4) In this file, enter the following lines:

In the name line, enter your character’s name, and in SteamID, enter your Steam profile code. Save the file.

You can also make a player an administrator during gameplay on the server (this player needs to be on the server at that time). Press Esc and on the right, you will see a list of players on the server, select a player and click the star next to their nickname to grant them admin rights.
