The Vanilla Extreme modpack is a collection of mods designed to enhance the vanilla Minecraft experience by adding new features, improving performance, and expanding gameplay options while maintaining the core essence of the game.
Welcome to Vanilla Extreme!WARNING:Please add Gobber to the pack, you can get it from here: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/gobber-fabric/files/4086199Please read changes for keybind changes, theres a lot! Also check out the changes/additons made with kubejs! #KubeJS AdditionsThis pack was made to make a few fun challenges to the normal vanilla flow while being setup for technical players. With a few craftable items for end-game to take control of the world via carpet mod & kubejs!Mod ListI would like to point out, this pack has the Gobber mod, it adds quite a lot of Overpowered Items and tiers of materials. (Removed the generation of the ore blocks). But rest assured, I made getting these grindy enough to make it feel balanced. How? You may ask?Well.....WARDENS :DIt has overworld, nether, and end tiers. So, to get the materials you kill wardens in the various dimensions! And for the cheaty end-game carpet items, each item will need 36 warden kills in the END.So it doesnt really matter, you dont HAVE to make them and since it's endgame i dont see a reason to force the vanillaness to maintain, thats mostly when this pack takes over :)I have decided I reconfigured enough keybinds for every new pack I play to do some of it for you! But I have attempted to do so in a way that wouldnt feel alien(you dont move foward with right alt for instance XD)Keybind ChangesControlsBut I have also configured various things in the mods such as keyminds for [Masady's mods](https://legacy.curseforge.com/members/masady/projects) and Charm enabling and disabling various things to fit the pack's vanilla-ness.CONFIG:Tweakeroo: Numpad 7Minihud: Numpad 8Litematica: Numpad 9Litematica Menu: Numpad +Tweakeroo:Tweakeroo Config ChangesTweakeroo's Tweak Changes:TweaksAccurate Block Placement: L_CTRL + FBlock Placement Into: IBlock Placement Reverse: OBreaking Restriction: R_ALT + Left ClickColumn: X + 1Diagonal: X + 2Face: X + 3Layer: X + 4Line: X + 5Plane: X + 6Fake Sneaking: L_CTRL + L_SHIFTFake Sneak Placement: L_CTRL + L_SHIFT + Right ClickFast Block Placement: L_ALT + Right ClickFast Left Click: L_CTRL + Left ClickFast Right Click: L_CTRL + Right ClickFlexible Block Placement: L_ALT + FAdjacent: ZOffset: XRotation: CFree Camera: BACKSPACEGamma Override: GValue modified in Generic to 4.0This was you can tell whats bright and whats dark.Hold Attack: L_ALT + L_SHIFT + Left ClickHold Use: L_ALT + L_SHIFT + Right ClickHotbar Randomizer: H + RRepair Mode: L_ALT + MTweakeroo Yeet ChangesYeetsdisable Axe Stripping: Numpad 1disable Shovel Pathing: Numpad 2disable Entity Rendering: L_ALT + Edisable Nether Fog: L_ALT + Ndisable Off Hand Rendering: O + Fdisable Rendering Scaffolding: L_ALT + SThings ON by default:Enabled DefaultTWEAKS:creative Extra ItemsEmpty Shulker Boxes StackInventory PreviewPreview: L_ALTLava VisibilityMap PreviewSwap Almost Broken ToolsYEETS:disable Bat Spawningdisable Double Tap Sprintdisable Boss Fogdisable Creative Menu Infested Blocksdisable Dead Mob Rendingdisable Dead Mob Targetingdisable Item Switch Render Cooldowndisable Nether Portal Sounddisable Portal Gui Closingdisable Shulker Box Tooltipdisable Wall UnsprintMinihud's Changes:Minihud Config ChangesLight Overlay: F7Safe areas are not overlayedWARNING: Pillagers can still spawn at level 9Overlay Spawn Chunks REAL: Numpad 0Info Lines:Info Linesinfo BlockPositioninfo BlockPropertiesinfo HoneyLevelinfo HorseJump, HorseSpeedinfo LookingAtEntityMore detailed info:info Coordinates: R_ALTinfo Entities: R_ALTinfo FPS: R_ALTinfo LookingAtBlock: R_ALTinfo RotationPitch: R_ALTinfo RotationYaw: R_ALTinfo SlimeChunk: R_ALTinfo Speed: R_ALTinfo TimeFormatted: R_ALTCharm and Cobblegen:Charm and Cobblegen changesCharm:Keybinds:Rebounded portable crafting table to cDisabled:Disabled AzaleaWoodDisabled Bee KeepersDisabled Chicken dropping feathersDisabled villager extra tradesDisabled wandering trader extra tradesDisabled LumberjacksDisabled Map PreviewMiniHud and Tweakeroo already do thisDisabled MoobloomsDisabled Quick Replant()Harvest with ease mod does this better.Disabled elytra repair with leatherDisabled netherite scrap repairDisabled prismarine shards repair tridentDisabled LavaBucketDestroysItemsDisabled Bat BucketsDisabled stacking booksDisabled witches dropping luckDisabled Totem of Preserving Grave modeOnly Ravager's drop these totemsEnabled:Enabled End respawn anchorsCobblegenThis mod allows me to add custom generators for various blocks.Cobbled Deepslate: cobblestone generators produce Cobbled Deepslate under y0Tuff: Stone generators under y0 produce Deepslate and Tuff.Chances: Deepslate 60%, Tuff 40%End Stone: Endstone can be made with cobblestone generation in the END dimension.Geode Generator: You can have budding amethyst underneath stone generators to produce blocks from a geode, including Budding Amethyst itself! :DChances: Calcite 90%, Amethyst block and Budding Amethyst are both 5%Basalt generators:Soul Soil: Basalt (like normal)Soul Sand: BlackstoneNetherrack: NetherrackGenerationGeneration InfoSo, i removed as much generation from most the mods as i could. So if you remove a mod, only thing effected is items in chests.Tho theres some mods contributing to world generation.Twigs:Twigs adds a few stone based blocks to the overworld and nether.Yung's Better DungeonsYung's Better MineshaftsYung's Better Ocean MonumentsThese mods adds various improvements of structures, but edited the config for not completely replacing them, so its 50/50 on it being Yung's that spawn, or Vanilla'sAlso note, they use vanilla blocks so if you remove the mods they wont make bad holes where pregenerated one's used to be :)So these are somewhat less destructive if removed compared to twigs.Tho idk how bounding boxes would apply, for ocean monuments for example, be carefull with this! :DKubeJSKubeJS ModificationsPlease note:Feel free to edit these script or remove them in any way you want. But make sure we might not be able to solve bugs that may arise from your doing this, so be careful!Block Modifications:Haste Effected Blocks:Modified breaking spead of some blocks, you might LOVE this :DNature Blocks:Deepslate (and it's varients)CobblestoneEnd StoneAll Vanilla Ores(except ancient debris)GlowstoneBeacon Blocks:GoldIronEmeraldDiamondNetherite(Charm Waxed Iron and Gobber's blocks might not work)Are now ALL instamine-able.Yw :)Added Features:New features added50% of Pigmen killed by charged creepers will convert to piglins.Making for a unique and VERY challenging superflat challenge ;)Entity falling in void in the END Dimension only will be teleport to the overworld as if you fell into the atmosphere, set on fire of course.ITEMS AND NON CREATURE ENTITIES SUCH AS BOATS WONT WORKVarious commands from carpet had been enabled by default when a new world is joined. Also a spawn radius command is ran to get spawnRadius to 0.So if you need to find spawn points you can die, and spot the block you spawn on if you dont feel like using MiniHud's spawn chunk overlay.Custom Recipes:RecipesRecipies has been added for various blocks/items:Dye Recipies:woolconcreteconcrete_powderterracottaglassred_sandUndye:terracottaglassMiscellaneous:2 Logs to 16 sticksEasier Dispenser RecipieGlass back to sand (8 to 4)cobbled varient from Deepslate and StoneSlabs:From the KubeJS Discord Lexxie Raven Black created this script. It converts slabs back to full blocks.Works for all vanilla blocks, blocks from Charm and TwigsHowever not with More Slabs, Stairs, and Walls oddly, so beware.Custom Items & Blocks:Items & Blocks createdThese items mostly are for the carpet mod and used to access carpet commands through survival.Yes, they are VERY overpowered, but the recipies has been made for very end-game.So its up to the player who's 99% likely already beat the game to decide if they want to use these or not.Mostly added for technical players to be honest.Blocks Created:I have added a few various building blocks. No recipies have been made as of yetExperiencing Too much Lag?:Lag reduction tipsThis pack is meant to be somewhat small so it shouldn't lag to much at all.But incase it is feel perfectly free to remove mods. Its made in a way to not be impacted too much but make sure you keep track a dependancy and a mod, as if you remove a dependancy it may break a mod that uses it!So pretty much feel free to edit the pack how ever you want :DAnd if you plan to remove a lot just make sure to keep these for performance:Enhanced Block EntitiesLithiumSmooth Boot(optional tbh, makes loading smoother)SodiumSpark(optional, keeps track of what may be causing lag)StarlightTweakerooThis is an odd one, ik, but along with all the many features it adds it also has the disable for entity rendering which can cause a absolutely MASSIVE improvement when near farms with many entities. And for the pack's sake i recommend you keep Gobber and Carpet with KubeJS, for the functionality they have together. But if you DO remove KubeJS make sure you remove the kubejs folder from your .minecraft, it's separate from the mod's folder.Mods not needed for gameplay:Mods which dont effect gameplayYou can remove these perfectly finely without any effect on the world. Most which will happen is some features removed, nothing more :)Visual & AudibleMods:3D Skin LayersAdvancement PlaquesAppleSkinEating AnimationEnchantment DescriptionsIris ShadersLegendary TooltipsTraveker's TitlesShaders:BSLComplementaryShadersRethinking voxelsResourcepacks:BvB OverlaysEclecticTroveAudio:CharmoniumPresence FootstepsOptimization(Not recommended to remove)ClumpsDynamic FPSEnhanced Block EntitiesLithiumSmooth BootSodium(disables lithium)SparkStarlightTweakerooGameplay FeaturesGameplay Features:Building WandsCrawlChicken NerfDo a Barrel RollHarvest with easeLeaves Be GoneNature's CompassPassive EndermanQuick ShulkerSilence MobsSoul Fire'dTrade CyclingUniversal Bone MealWay Much Faster OxidizeMost helpful QOL:Chicken NerfControllingDisable Custom Worlds AdviceLeaves Be GonePassive EndermanRoughly Enough ItemsSilence MobsTrade CyclingWay Much Faster OxidizeTechnical:Block Event SeparatorRedstone MultimeterItemScrollerLitematicaTweakerooWorldeditWorldedit CuiGUI Features:AppleSkinControllingCrafting TweaksEating AnimationEnchantment DescriptionsItemSwapperRoughly Enough ItemstheoneprobeUniversal EnchantsXaero's MinimapXaero's WorldmapCREDITS 😀 :To post credits of various mods and resourcepacks.Nature's Compass [CurseForge]
