Public and Private Servers
If you make the Factorio server public, it will appear in the server lists for other players, and they will be able to join you to play together. If your server is private, only those players who have information about your server or an invitation will be able to access it.

How to make a server public
1) First, you need to log in or create your Factorio account on the official website.
2) Next, go to your account's dashboard, then copy your token by clicking the "reveal" button in the Token row.
3) Go to the game panel of your server and navigate to the File Manager section. Open the Data folder, then open the server-settings.json file.
4) In this file, find the lines: password, username, token. Fill in your password, nickname, and the token copied from the Factorio website. After that, save the modified file and you can start the server.
