2) Click on the small circle with your profile picture located at the top right of the page.
3) On the new page, you will see a vertical menu on the left, choose "My Servers" to proceed to your list of servers. Select the server on which you wish to download a backup and click on it with the left mouse button.
4) On the left, in the "Server Management" section, select the "Backups" subsection by clicking on it with the left mouse button.
5) You will see a list of created backups. To the right, opposite the name of the backup, there are three blue buttons. You need the button shaped like a square with an upward arrow in the middle. Click on it.
IMPORTANT
Before the final stage, make sure your internet connection is functioning well to avoid file loss
6) Please pay attention to the warning link and read it before installing the backup. If desired, you can delete previous server files if they are not needed. After reading the message, click the "Restore Backup" button and wait for the download to complete.
7) Done. You have uploaded a backup copy of the server instead of the current files.
Downloading in FileZilla
1) You need to connect your server data with FileZilla via an SFTP connection. You can view your data in the control panel of your server.
2) Once you have the data, log into FileZilla. In the Host, enter the connection address; in the User field, enter your login, and in the Password field, enter your password. Then click Connect.
CAUTION
Your SFTP password must match the password in the server panel
3) Navigate to the "/" folder, where your server files that need to be replaced are located. In the window on the left, open the folder with the backup, and drag all files from the left to the right folder ("/"). Wait for the download to finish. Done.
