Modpack Overview

An exploration style modpack with ps1 style graphics!Do you miss the old days of Minecraft, when everything was mysterious and spooky? Do you want to experience the game with retro graphics and sounds? Then this modpack is for you! It will emulate the beta version of Minecraft, with PS1-style(Playstation 1-Style) visuals and creepy atmosphere. But watch out..there might be someone watching beyond the fog. Please leave a feedback or report issues by clicking this link or clicking the issues tab located the left side (On the "Links" Tab)📌 | LegendIncase there are some abbreviations that you didn't understand, here they are!MC = MinecraftPS1 = Playstation 1FTF = From the FogThis is a mod that is included in the modpack. Make sure the shaders are enabled and also make sure the Golden Days resourcepack is enabled. When your using the 1.0a modpack make sure to install optifine (located below this message)Optifine for version 1.0a 🔍 | Optifine (Required ONLY in alpha 1.0a)This modpack requires optifine. Because of copyright I can't include it here. Please download it here and place it in the Mods folder. Just drag and drop it, you do not need to install it.PS: If you do not know how still, just search(on google) "Installing Optifine for Forge"PS: This is only for version 1.0a future versions will already have oculus built in📝 | FAQFinding the server files? (This has been merged with the client to prevent confusion)Click on the version you want to download. Then scroll down until you find a file labeled [VERSION - Server] MC:PSThat will be the server file.Note if the server file stays the same in one release it probably is still compatible with the one you downloaded. (Example, You downloaded client ver. 1.1.0b and server 1.0.5b on the same release. Then you want to upgrade the client side to 1.1.1b but when you scroll down the server is still on ver 1.0.5b. That means it's fine to just update on the client side.)The game feels laggy/Why is the fps capped at 30?This is intentional meant to capture the feeling of old consoles where you are forced on lower graphics,You may turn up the fps cap, but this is not recommended(as always, it'll ruin the immersion)🔄 | Version SupportVersionSupport?1.13-1.19.1❌ Not Planned1.19.2✔️ Supported (EOL)1.20.1✔️ Fully Supported1.21.x⌛ PlannedEOL (End Of Life) = It will no longer recieve updates, bugfixes, or any patches🤫 | What's Inside? What the mod looks like. Just remember minecraft hogs so much ram, so the more you give it the better. If your server is crashing try increasing the ram (that usually helps)*Storage: For storage it depends whether you like exploring or not (or your players).
