Anytime I've need assistance tech support are very quick to respond and to help resolve any issue I've had. The prices are very fair as someone with just a small group wanting to play the game together. The panel is fairly easy to navigate and use.

Reliable, fast, great deals, just overall a great hosting service and probably the best out there.
