There is only functional compatibility with Creative modeThis modpack does not completely revert the game to beta, but is rather a simulation that attempts to get as close to what a modded beta environment could have looked and felt like💡 Why play this modpack? 💡Since the release of Minecraft 1.0, Mojang has introduced a variety of changes that seem to cater more to the constantly shifting public interest & attention span, rather than adhering to the original vision that Notch had planned. Over time, Notch's personal involvement with the Minecraft project diminished until he eventually sold his share in the company and departed. It became evident that his passion for the game, which was once his personal project, had faded as it became a company asset.For example: Why add sprinting if Minecarts exist? Why add swimming if boats exist? Why add bundles & backpacks if shulker boxes exist? Modern additions to Minecraft appear to address the diminishing attention span & patience of contemporary players. It's a block game; it’s not supposed to be complicated. It was the final release that maintained the direction & spirit of his initial creation.Each beta like modpack has its own theme, while building off of the concept of making the game feel like beta. This modpack is simply my twist on a beta themed modpack🧾 Content statements 🧾If you experience framerate issues, I would suggest adding the Embeddium mod. It is not included for compatability purposes, but can be included if necessary.
