Obtaining Flax in Enshrouded

If you're looking to unlock unique recipes and craft new armor in Enshrouded servers, you'll need a special resource—flax, which can be found in the town of Embervale.

Your journey in the world of Embervale begins with completing main quests from the masters, which will grant you access to the best recipes for crafting with flax. The required flax is processed using a hand spindle.

Upon reaching the Revelwood area, you will encounter flax presented as a light-blue flower.

Hand Spindle Location

By activating the "Hunters Hand Spindle" quest, you can quickly move to the ancient tower of Revelwood. From here, you should head north to the abandoned hunter’s camp, where you will need to penetrate through several entrances, the main one being on the west side of the marker. In the cave, you will find the main room where a spindle with a distinctive red glow awaits.

Main Base for Flax Collection

Having acquired the spindle, return to Revelwood tower or leave the cave. West of the tower lies an area called Blue Goblet, which will become your base for flax collection. Flax is also available in the neglected village of Diadwyn, where you will find flax flowers in garden beds.

Now that you have two flax fibers, you can process them at the hand spindle to obtain one flax for crafting. This may seem like a small amount, but you will soon be increasing your production.

Large-Scale Flax Cultivation

Now, you'll need to engage in farming: recruit a farmer and an alchemist to create beds and plant flax seedlings. Using one flax and one unit of water, you will obtain ten flax seedlings. Plant them, monitor their growth, harvest the crop, and repeat the process to build up substantial flax supplies.
