Modpack Overview

Simply Infinite is an optimization modpack for 20w14infinite, the April Fools snapshot for the never-released Ultimate Content Update.Compatibility Note: Simply Infinite recommends using Java 1While the pack should work on Java 8, issues may occur. What is 20w14infinite?20w14infinite is one of the yearly April Fools updates for Minecraft, where tossing a written book into a Nether Portal creates one of 2,147,483,645 procedurally generated dimensions, based on the contents of the book. Exploring these random dimensions allows players to gain resources as normal, allowing for all sorts of builds with block palettes that are otherwise hard to get in a default Vanilla game. How To Play- After downloading the pack, get started as normal. Once you have a base set up and enough supplies for a Nether Portal, write a book, and throw it into the Portal - signed or unsigned, doesn't matter. Going into this portal will create a new dimension based on the seed written in the book.- Something to try: There's 43 hard-coded Easter Egg dimensions. Try using the names of these dimensions as your dimensional seed, a great one to get started with is the 'library' dimension.More ChallengesIf you enjoy Simply Infinite, you might like some similar projects!- Infinity Plus is a modpack I designed that's inspired by 20w14infinite. It uses the Infinite Dimensions mod to bring randomly generated dimensions into 1.20!- 20w14~ Improvements is a datapack that can be used with this modpack and spawns you directly into the Library and prevents you from exploring the Overworld or Nether. It's a great way to force yourself to explore the custom dimensions, though I haven't had a chance to play with it myself.Mod List + Mod LicensesEvery mod in this pack has been handpicked to be compatible with 20w14infinite, including some custom ports.
