That’s intended: SevTech hides ores, items, and recipes until you reach the right progression point, so you can’t skip ahead.
It’s guided mostly through the vanilla advancement system (advancements are the main progression "questline" in this pack).
Yes - it’s fully multiplayer-friendly. Progression is player-based (new players won’t be "left behind"), and the pack includes Together Forever so teams can sync progression.
