The Star-Lined Sword can be obtained by defeating the half-human queen Marigga in the secret area of Charo’s Hidden Grave. To do this, teleport to the rest point on the western coast of Cerulean Coast and head northeast along the building, then pass through the ravine. Continue along the ravine, staying to the left, and emerge on the shore.
Defeat all half-humans you encounter on your way before confronting Queen Marigga. She is not particularly difficult, but you may summon your spirit for support if needed. After her defeat, the Star-Lined Sword will be your reward for your efforts.
