What are subusers?
People such as modded Minecraft server hosting staff members can be given partial, so-called "sub-user" access to the game panel.
Managing Server Access via the Sharing Tab
The Sharing feature allows you to safely delegate server management to your team members, co-owners, or developers. Instead of sharing your master account credentials, you can grant tailored permissions, assign roles, and track all user activities in one place.

How to Invite a User and Assign Permissions
-
Open your server control panel and click on the Sharing tab in the left sidebar menu.
-
In the Email field, enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
-
Select an appropriate Role for the user (e.g., Member, Admin, or a custom role with specific permissions).
-
Click Send Invite.
NOTE
The invited user will receive an email notification. Once they accept the invitation and set up their account, they will automatically appear in your active members list.
Managing Members and Roles
In the Members section, you have full control over who can access your server:
-
View Access: See a complete list of all users who currently have access to your server and check their assigned roles at a glance.
-
Modify Permissions: Easily change a user's role or tweak their specific permissions at any time if their responsibilities change.
-
Revoke Access: Remove a user instantly by clicking the Trash bin (🗑) icon next to their name.
Tracking Activity with the Audit Log
Security and transparency are crucial when running a server with a team. Located right above the user list, the Audit Log tracks and displays vital actions, including:
-
Who sent or cancelled invitations.
-
Who changed user roles and permissions.
-
Technical actions like who uploaded, modified, or deleted server files.
By utilizing these access control tools, you can maintain a secure environment, distribute server responsibilities effectively, and keep full visibility over every action taken on your server.
