How the Free Premium Trial Works

1. Immediate Activation

• The moment you accept the offer, the Premium status is applied immediately. You don’t need to wait; your dashboard will change, and you will gain instant access to all exclusive features, including Top Node performance and personal support.

2. The 3-Day Testing Period

• During these 3 days, you can fully test everything. This is your time to see how your server handles heavy modpacks, large player counts, and how our Dedicated SysAdmins can help you.

3. What Happens After the Trial?

• Once the 3-day trial ends, if you choose to stay on Premium, the system will issue an invoice for the remaining days of the current month.

• Example: If you started the trial on the 10th, after the 3rd day, you will be billed only for the remaining ~17 days of that month.

4. How to Cancel or Revert to Budget

• If you decide that Premium is not for you and want to return to the Budget plan, simply write to our support team. Our experts will help you downgrade.
