How to request a refund

Hey Godlikers! In this guide we will be going over how to request a refund of modded Minecraft server hosting.

We offer a money-back guarantee under specific conditions. Please read this carefully to understand when a refund can be issued.

How to know if you are eligible for a refund

This is our Refund Policy which can be found on our Terms and Conditions

First Purchase Only: A refund can only be requested for the very first invoice (the initial purchase and activation).
No Refunds on Renewals: Any subsequent payments, including service renewals or second invoices, are strictly non-refundable.
3-Day Window: The request must be submitted within 3 calendar days of the initial payment.
One-Time Guarantee: This guarantee is available only once per customer per calendar year.

Submit Cancellation: Go to your Services, select the product, and click Request Cancellation. Complete the form and submit your request.
Open a Support Ticket: After submitting the cancellation, you must immediately open a support ticket in the Billing Panel to request your refund. The refund is not processed automatically upon cancellation.

IMPORTANT

A refund request will only be considered if both steps (Cancellation + Ticket) are completed within the 3-day window.
