How to request a cancellation

IMPORTANT

Your server will remain fully operational until the end of the paid period. Crucial: To avoid losing your data after the service expires, you must either create a backup directly in the game panel or download all necessary files to your computer via SFTP. Once the term ends, all files will be permanently deleted.

To request a cancellation of your server hosting, follow these simple steps:

1. Go to Services: Open the Billing Portal and navigate to the Services tab in the top menu.
2. Select Product: Find the service you wish to cancel. Click the three dots (...) on the right side and choose View Details.
3. Start Cancellation: On the product page, look at the Actions sidebar on the right. Click the Request Cancellation button.
4. Complete All Steps: Follow the instructions in the pop-up window and go through all the steps (e.g., Step 1/2, 2/2)

How to request a cancellation

After completing the steps, you can verify the status of your request on the Product Details page. Look for these two indicators:

• Status Notification: A message will appear at the top: "You have cancelled the service. It will remain active until the end of your current paid period..."

• Button Change: In the Actions sidebar, the "Request Cancellation" button will change to "Cancellation Requested".

TIP

If you change your mind, you can click "Cancel the cancellation" in the same sidebar to keep your service active.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the service, you may be eligible for a refund. Please read the conditions below carefully:

CAUTION

You may request a refund on the basis that you have submitted an "Immediate" cancellation request and fall within 3 calendar days of the initial payment and activation of your first purchase. Refund requests should be requested via a ticket through our billng panel. These refunds are only issued on a one-time per customer basis.
