Why Is Self-Deletion Locked for Active Services?
Active game servers run on a continuous automated billing cycle to maintain uptime. Removing your primary payment details while a service is running could result in:

To prevent accidental server drops, the system protects your payment data until the service contract is officially fully closed.
How to Remove Your Payment Method

Option 1: Complete Service Cancellation Once your hosting plan is officially cancelled, all active subscriptions are terminated, and your final invoices are paid, the system automatically unlocks the deletion flag. You can then go to Billing -> Payment Methods and click the Trash icon next to your card to wipe your details instantly.

Option 2: Contact Our Support Team If you need to change your card immediately, clear active payment metrics due to an emergency, or swap methods before your next bill, you don't have to wait. Simply open a support ticket with our Billing Department. Our team will manually review your active contracts and help detach your payment data safely and quickly.
