The User Management feature allows you to grant other people access to your billing account without sharing your primary login credentials. This is perfect for teams, partners, or assistants.
IMPORTANT
Only grant permissions that are absolutely necessary. For example, if someone only handles payments, give them access to Invoices only.
How to find User Management:
- Open User Menu: Click on your name in the top right corner of the Billing Panel.
- Select User Management: Choose "User Management" from the dropdown list.

Adding a Sub-account:
- Invite by Email: In the "Invite New User" section, enter the email address of the person you want to add.
- Configure Permissions: You can grant full access or choose specific permissions:
- Modify Profile: Allow the user to edit account details.
- View & Pay Invoices: Give access to billing and payment history.
- Manage Products: Allow the user to see or modify your active services.
- Manage Tickets: Enable the user to open and reply to support tickets.
3.Send Invite: Click "Send Invite". The recipient will receive an email to join your account.


Managing Existing Users:
You can monitor all active sub-accounts and pending invitations in the "Users" table at the bottom of the page.

Revoke Access: Use the "Remove" button to immediately disconnect a user from your billing account.

Track Invitations: If an invite hasn't been accepted yet, it will appear here as "Pending."
